Guiding people to become the oracle of their lives

The woman behind the work

About Sabrina

I am a spiritual mentor, intuitive healer, and psychic medium with more than twenty years in the intuitive healing arts. Over those two decades I have guided thousands of people through the deepest passages of their lives: releasing trauma held in the body, softening the beliefs that kept them small, reuniting them with loved ones in spirit, and returning them to the freedom and purpose that were theirs all along.

My path into this work began with my own becoming. I know what it is to carry pain that has no name, to move through self-destructive patterns, unresolved trauma, and the slow erosion of corporate burnout. And I know what it is to find the way home. Meditation, subconscious reprogramming, and somatic release rebuilt me from the inside, and in that rebuilding my calling revealed itself with total clarity: to help others remember who they truly are. I do not teach anything I have not lived.

The work I offer now flows from that lived ground. As a psychic medium and Oracle, I channel guidance directly from universal intelligence and from your own higher knowing. As a healer, I developed the Peace Process, a somatic method for meeting pain in the body and letting it move through, and the Five Layers of the Self, a framework for understanding how healing actually unfolds, from the surface of daily life to the seat of the soul. This is the foundation of my signature offering, psychic channeling for trauma release, sacred work that very few in the world practice, where channeled guidance and energy healing meet to free what you have carried for years.

I am an accredited member of the International Meditation Teachers Association and a trained practitioner of nonviolent communication. Through the Academy of Intuitive Healing, I mentor and certify the next generation of intuitives, mediums, and facilitators, because I believe these gifts live in far more people than the world has told. My private readings, mentorship containers, and trainings all hold one intention: your full remembering.

And beneath all of it, I am a woman living an ordinary, holy life. I am a mother, a wife, an artist, and a devoted lover of dogs and the living world. I paint. I sit in intimate communion with Source. I live in devotion to unconditional love, and everything I offer moves from that devotion.

Beyond the work

On a personal note. I make art because it brings me home to myself. When my hands move across the canvas, my intuition opens. The thinking mind softens and something deeper takes the lead. This is where flow lives, in that quiet space where I stop directing and start listening.

Art is healing for me because it is reflective. Each piece mirrors something true about where I am, what I am moving through, what is ready to be seen. It is unique every time, and it is deeply personal. No two moments at the canvas are the same, because I am never the same.

The outcome matters less than the journey. The painting becomes an expression of my inner world, a record of surrender, a practice in allowing. I show up without agenda, I soften, and I let something beautiful emerge through me. That is the gift. Art teaches me to trust what wants to come, and to honor it when it arrives.
