Integration of insights through reflective journaling. ⁘ Session 3: Reconnecting and Rebuilding Reconnecting with personal spiritual practices through guided sessions, learning new techniques to enhance spiritual growth, and establishing a daily routine to maintain momentum. ⁘ Session 4: Reflection and Forward Planning Reflective discussion to review progress and insights gained, refining and adjusting the spiritual practice plan, and setting a long-term vision for continued spiritual development.
